1. Send an Initial Inquiry

Start by sending me a message using the link below. I’d love to know your name, phone number, email address, and what has you seeking therapy right now. You can expect me to respond to your inquiry via email within 1-3 days.

 

2. Schedule a Free 15 Minute Phone Consultation

I will send you some initial information in email form. If you’d like to move forward, we will schedule a 15 minute phone call to give you a chance to get to know me and ask any questions you have! If we both feel it’s a good fit, you’re welcome to schedule an initial session during the phone call OR take some time to think about it and email me back within the week to schedule an initial session.

 

3. Complete Intake paperwork

After we agree on a session time, I will send you some initial intake paperwork to be completed before we meet. It shouldn’t take too long! On the day of our session, you will get an email with a link to your individual session. A separate email will be sent for each appointment. You will click on the link at the time of the appointment and viola you have started teletherapy!

Our first session will focus on me getting to know you, asking follow up questions from your intake paperwork, and making sure I understand your goals and hopes for therapy.
