I’m Victoria Edgington, and welcome to my private practice! I’m a trauma-informed, EMDR trained, Licensed Professional Counselor, wife, and mom to two. I love my kids to pieces and they are crazy and give me a run for my money on the daily. I’m convinced they outsmart me and use all my therapy skills against me!

My clients describe me as warm, empathetic, accepting and encouraging, with a little humor sprinkled in!

I specialize in working with anxious, typically “on top of it” moms, who find themselves spiraling and feeling out of control after a difficult birth experience.
